Here’s TWO 1LB PACKS of high quality fresh dated distiller’s active dry yeast (DADY).  Red Star ‘Super Start’ DADY is the industry standard for high-quality fermentation in American-style whiskeys, moonshine, and CO2 production.  Tolerates up to 22% alcohol.   This is the Red Star DADY yeast repackaged by BSG Handcraft (Formerly Crosby & Baker).  This is enough yeast for 500-1000 gallons of mash or sugar wash.  Increase dosage for more rapid fermentation.  Add directly to fermenter as mash is added or add and stir.  Refridgerate after opening.  Requires the addition of yeast nutrients for healthy fermentation.
